 I have kept the apple picking and market report up from last week as it was Labor Day Weekend.  See below for the open house list for September 11th.
Where does the time go?  The public schools started on Thursday, Labor Day Weekend is upon us.  The air seems to be a little more crisp, college football starting with NFL soon to follow.  Apple picking and Halloween are not too far off.  Here is a great article on where to apple pick.  Personally our family goes to Silverman's every year:
With the long weekend a slow day of open houses with only 10.  Scroll down for the list.  In the meantime here are some updates on the market currently:
Single Family Homes:
* Inventory: 589 homes on market UP 10.3% vs. a year ago
* Pending: 84  DOWN 5.6% vs. a year ago.
* Supply/Demand Ratio: 7 reflecting a low demand market
* Sold: 407 DOWN 6% vs. a year ago.
* Median Price: $1.735m DOWN 6.7% vs. a year ago.
* The only price range showing improvement over last year remains the $0-$999,999 range. 

Condominiums:
* Inventory: 106 UP 21.8%
* Pending: 26 DOWN 10.3%
* Supply/Demand Ratio: 4 reflecting a balanced market.
* Sold: 101 DOWN 15.1%
* Median Price: $700k DOWN 21.3%

Below are the 25 Open Homes for Sunday, including the above pictured 6 Plow Lane from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday.  This is what I wrote about 6 Plow Lane when I featured it:
There are times where I go through a new construction and am wowed.  These days new constructions can kind of run into each other.  However, when I toured 6 Plow this week it stood a part.  The first thing that struck me was the high ceilings.  All the floors have very high ceiling which just adds to the space and the flow.  Next, as I walked in the door from the family room to the yard is on a track and folds back, so you can open the whole wall of windows as it is one big door.  It just opened up the house to the yard in a beautiful way.  It has all of the desires today's buyers want, the details, the incredible kitchen, phenomenal master suite etc.  However, the details were what blew me away.  Sometimes it is hard to explain the details, so please look at the pictures.  For example, there is a 1,000 bottle wine cellar, yet the tones of the color and there are stacked stone as the backdrop for the wall which adds to the aesthetic.  The movie theatre wasn't just a room with a ton of movie chairs, it was really nicely done.  It had two sections, one for the seating then the upper section which has a wet bar area.  The list price is $5.995M.
