I typically only feature a home that has an open house this weekend. However, when I came up with the idea for the blog it was after searching for homes myself and feeling the information I had was inadequate. The ultimate goal is to inform buyers and sellers of the current market as well as give insight and pertinent information. In that vane this is Lindsay Sheehy and my private listing meaning it is not currently on the MLS.

Literally less than a block to one of the best preschools in town. One would be rivaled to find a better location.
