There are certain opportunities that are few and far between. One of those is the opportunity to combine land, history, and beautiful craftsmanship. The above pictured home at 44 Mayo Avenue in Belle Haven sits on 2.74 acres (in a one acre zone), was owned by Nathaniel Witherell, and was built in 1891, keeping a beautiful mix of period details mixed with modern touches.
