As we come to putting 2019 behind us, it will be a welcome site for real estate in Greenwich. A quick snapshot of the statistics. Sold properties year to date for all of Greenwich is down 12.3%. As you know 2018 was not the strongest of years so that number is very difficult to see. We dropped from 576 unit sales in 2018 to 505 in 2019. However, we are seeing positive momentum currently. This is obviously the slowest time of the year for the market, but that being said we have 47% more pendings than we did this time last year. That would lead us to believe we will have a much stronger Q1 in 2020 than we did in 2019. Currently there are 75 properties under contract compared to 51 this time last year.
