The luxury market defined as any sales above $3M had a great 2nd quarter in total volume. However, the days on Market were way up as well as median price dropped:
As we discuss here often our market is predicated a lot by the NYC market. We see a lot of activity from individuals and families moving out of the city and pick Greenwich because of the lifestyle, beaches, town, proximity to city, and taxes. So, it is very important to be aware of the NYC market. Here is an article that discusses the state of that market:
