There was a new report from JLL Research that ranked the most expensive streets in the United States. In 2017 Most Expensive Streets number one street was Sand Hill Road in San Francisco, followed by 5th Avenue in Ny. Surprisingly enough to me GreenwichAvenue ranked 5th. So, maybe the constant turnover on the avenue lately makes a little more sense.
