Happy Father's Day weekend. Enjoy the time with your family, there are 20 open houses this weekend including the above pictured 11 Maher Avenue. I am obviously biased as I live on the street. However, Maher Avenue is an incredible street, not only do you have the close proximity to Greenwich Avenue (few blocks away), Whole Foods and Starbucks (one and a half blocks), but there is also a neighborhood feel that is hard to put into words. It is a street that we feel very lucky to live on. 11 Maher Avenue has three bedrooms, three full baths with one half bath. It is situated on .23 of an acre and has 2,891 s.f. The house is impeccably done both on the interior and the private yard.
